Slow Wine Fair 2027: The First Confirmed Highlights of the New Edition

The sixth edition of Slow Wine Fair, taking place at BolognaFiere from 21 to 23 February 2027, is beginning to take shape.

While the theme of the 2027 edition will be unveiled in September, several key elements that have helped make the event a success are already confirmed. These include more than 1,000 Italian and international wineries, masterclasses, conferences, tastings, the presence of the Slow Wine Coalition and the event's simultaneous running with SANA Food.

Some of the fair's most popular areas will also return, including the Historic Vintages of the Banca del Vino, the Fiera dell'Amaro d'Italia and the spirits area, cider producers, the Slow Food Coffee Coalition and the area dedicated to wine supply chain partners.
