Confirmed Participants and Key Highlights of Slow Wine Fair 2027
From 21 to 23 February 2027, Slow Wine Fair returns to BolognaFiere for its sixth edition.
Slow Wine Fair, organised by BolognaFiere with the concept by Slow Food, is the international event dedicated to wines produced through sustainable viticulture that respects biodiversity, landscapes and farming communities. It promotes greater awareness of the cultural, social and environmental value of wine.
An international meeting place
In 2027, Slow Wine Fair will once again bring together hundreds of winegrowers and winemakers from Italy and around the world, alongside wine lovers and industry professionals, including buyers, importers, distributors, restaurateurs, wine merchants, sommeliers and chefs.
The event will once again host the Slow Wine Coalition, the international network bringing together people across the wine world who are committed to building a more sustainable future for the sector.
Tastings, talks and education
Slow Wine Fair will feature a rich programme of masterclasses, tastings, conferences and educational sessions exploring the key issues shaping the world of wine today.
Visitors will have the opportunity to taste thousands of wines selected by a panel of experts and meet producers in person, enjoying a unique experience that combines wine, culture, place and sustainability.
An event that continues to evolve
Alongside Italian and international wineries, the fair will once again feature exhibitors from across the wine supply chain and organisations that share the event's values, helping to make Slow Wine Fair a place for dialogue, exchange and growth across the sector.

More than 1,000 Wineries from Around the World
At the heart of Slow Wine Fair is the meeting between winegrowers, winemakers and wine professionals.
In 2027, more than 1,000 Italian and international wineries will once again take part in the event, united by their commitment to the Manifesto for Good, Clean and Fair Wine and to sustainable viticulture that respects biodiversity, landscapes and farming communities.
Historic Vintages from the Banca del Vino
Following its debut in 2026, the area dedicated to the Historic Vintages of the Banca del Vino in Pollenzo will return.
An opportunity to taste rare bottles, discover outstanding vintages and explore the value of ageing in wine through guided tastings and dedicated storytelling sessions.
Fiera dell'Amaro d'Italia and Spirits
The spirits area will return in 2027, with a focus on mixology and the Fiera del'Amaro d'Italia, organised in collaboration with Amaroteca and ANADI.
Wine Supply Chain Partners
Machinery, technology, packaging, services and innovation.
Companies from across the wine supply chain will return to Slow Wine Fair to showcase solutions that support an increasingly sustainable wine industry.
Coffee
The Slow Food Coffee Coalition will once again be part of the event, offering tastings, talks and educational sessions dedicated to quality coffee and the connections between the worlds of wine and coffee.
Cider
Following the success of recent editions, cider producers will once again be among the highlights of Slow Wine Fair.
