At Slow Wine Fair 2026, more than 1,000 Italian and international producers took part, organized into exhibition islands by country and by Italian region.

All the winegrowers and vignerons who participated in the event shared a common commitment: they signed and put into practice the principles of the Manifesto for good, clean and fair wine. This means working to protect the environment and its resources, respect the landscape and terroir of origin, support farming communities and preserve biodiversity.

In Halls 15 and 20, trade professionals, buyers from Italy and abroad, and industry operators had the opportunity to meet producers and establish new business relationships.
