Following the positive feedback from recent editions, the world of spirits and mixology will continue to play a leading role in the event.

The dedicated spirits area attracted strong interest from both trade professionals and enthusiasts, thanks to a curated selection designed to showcase producers committed to sustainability, high-quality ingredients and responsible production methods. At the heart of the area is the Mixology Lab, where exhibitors present the distinctive features and production processes behind their spirits, while professional bartenders reinterpret them in original cocktails available for tasting.

The spirits featured at the event also take center stage beyond the fair through the Off Events, which involve selected bars and venues across Bologna.
