ACCESSES
Only visitors with a valid entry ticket will be allowed into the event.
No. In compliance with regulations regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages, entry is restricted to adults (18+) only.
Yes. BolognaFiere is fully accessible. Visitors with disabilities and their companions can enter for free. Tickets can be collected directly at the on-site ticket desks by showing a valid disability certificate. We ask that international visitors with a disability please contact info.eventi@slowfood.it well in advance of attending for more information.
TICKET OFFICE
You can buy an entry ticket online in advance or at the on-site ticket counters during the event.
Discounts for categories such as members of Slow Food, FISAR, FIPE, ASCOM, etc., can only be accessed online.
Yes. The online ticket office will remain active online throughout the event to avoid queues. However, physical ticket counters will also be available on site.
Professionals are welcome on all the days the event is open:
- Sunday February 22: 11pm-7pm
- Monday February 23: 10am-6pm
- Tuesday February 24: 10am-5pm
Ticket price: €20 for 1 day
Multi-day tickets are also available: 2 days for €30, 3 days for €40.
Members of the public are welcome on Sunday, February 22, when the Slow Wine Fair is open 12pm-7pm
Yes. The two events take place simultaneously in adjacent pavilions. A ticket for either event grants access to both.
Yes. Although tickets are named, they can be used by another person. There is no need to change the name.
Yes. These categories, and others listed online, can access on Sunday, February 22 (12pm–7pm) for€29 instead of €39. They will receive a discount-code link via email. If you haven’t received yours, contact info.eventi@slowfood.it.
Yes. Tickets purchased in advance can be refunded up until midnight on February 15, 2026.
No. Tickets are already fiscal documents and cannot be invoiced. According to Italian law (D.P.R. 640/1972 and D.P.R. 633/1972), admission tickets already serve as fiscal certification for VAT purposes.
EVENT USE: EXHIBITION AREA, PAID AND FREE ONLINE APPOINTMENTS
Slow Wine Fair will be held in pavilions 15 and 20 of BolognaFiere. SANA Food, the 37th international exhibition of organic and natural products, will be taking place in pavilion 18 on the same days and can be accessed with the same ticket.
Yes. Wine tastings at the tasting counters are included in the ticket price.
No. Wines displayed at Slow Wine Fair 2026 are not for sale on site. Exhibitors may bring only a limited number of bottles for tasting purposes.
Yes! Glasses are available at the pavilion entrances. Sanitizing stations will be located throughout the event. Glasses must be returned before leaving, as it is not allowed to enter or exit the exhibition center with glass items.
OTHER
Yes. While the tasting counters (pavilions 15 and 20) focus solely on wine and amaro, there will be a food area in Pavilion 15A with food trucks selected by Slow Food. A bar in Pavilion 15 will also be open, offering sandwiches and light snacks.
Yes. Cloakrooms are located at the entrances of pavilions 15 and 20. Cost:€5 per item.
Yes, but only if on a leash and wearing a muzzle or in a pet carrier. Service dogs for people with disabilities are exempt from these requirements.

Bologna & Fiera Parking manages several nearby parking areas, easily accessible from the city, highway and ring road.
Recommended parking areas:
- Costituzione (blue lines near Costituzione entrance)
- Multipiano Michelino (behind the Nord entrance)
