Why visit Slow Wine Fair?

Slow Wine Fair is the perfect place to discover wines that reflect the principles of good, clean and fair production, meet carefully selected producers and generate new business opportunities.

The 1,040 wineries taking part have been selected by a panel of Slow Food experts according to the Slow Food Manifesto, which promotes sustainable practices in both vineyard and cellar, as well as a responsible approach throughout the entire supply chain.

Alongside wine, the fair offers a broader beverage focus, featuring coffee roasters from the Slow Food Coffee Coalition, spirits producers, sustainability-minded mixology professionals, the Italian Amaro Fair, and a curated selection of cider makers — providing a comprehensive overview of quality beverages for the Horeca sector.

Taking place at the same time as Sana Food, the event highlights the strong connection between food and beverage, supporting restaurants, bars, wine shops and specialised retailers in building a distinctive and consistent offering. It’s a valuable opportunity to source wines, amari, spirits, coffee and food products all in one place — ideal for enhancing menus, refreshing selections and strengthening a venue’s identity, always in line with the principles of good, clean and fair.
